What to make with potato latkes
Can anyone suggest a good meat to make with potato latkes as a side? I have chicken cutlets but I'm not sure how I should make them to go well with latkes. (other than breaded or herb bakes- boring)
I was thinking of making sauteed spinach with garlic too. Oh and a cheesecake. I promised DH I'd make dinner for him tomorrow.

I was thinking breaded chicken or pork chops since I like them all with applesauce. A nice green veggie like green beans or spinach would be good.

We had potato latkes and a rottiseire chicken and a salad. Hope this helps!

Thanks ladies! I decited on chicken cutlets with pancetta. not sure if it really goes w/ latkes, but that's what he's getting lol And I'm making chocolate melting cakes.
