Unfortunately Ugg's never go on sale anywhere, not that I've seen anyway. I know you can get them at Journeys. I've always had great luck on Zappos.com in terms of selection. I've already ordered 2 pairs of kids Ugg's from them (for myself)

Uggs rarely are on sale. I got Chloe's at One small step in Woodbury but you can get them at Bloomies, nordstroms..

Nordstroms and Zappos start at the smaller toddle size Bloomies start at a toddler 10
