Can I have a drink..or maybe 2?
I am usually not a big drinker, but do enjoy a drink now and then. Lately I have not wanted to have any, I guess it is a whole guilt thing. I know the answer to this, but need some reassurance.
Would it be horrible to have a drink, or 2?

some would say no dont risk it...but think of how many babies were concieved with drunk parents lol
seriously ... a drink or two wouldnt make a bit of difference unless it interfered with a med you are on

DH's uncle who is a Family Practitioner (retired) told us that a glass or two of wine (red preferable) are not bad. Hard liquor and the likes not so good.
You are in your 2WW right? If I were in your position, I would just have wine.

I am in the 2ww, I think that is why I am itching for a drink. We are going out for dinner and would love some good red wine. I think I am just feeling guilty.

I would have one glass. There is no blood supply to a fetus for 6 weeks. Enjoy

my re told me today "now is the wait, so act like you are pregnant..no smoking (which i dont smoke) and no drinking..
so dh was there with me and i am pretty sure he will want me to listen
so starting tonight, I will try to avoid alcohol
(but i did have a sake and beer and sushi at lunch today!  )
no more of that though
