ww pts plus for this lunch at panera?

I’m hoping my new calculator arrives today or tomorrow, but in the meantime, would someone mind telling me the points plus value for this lunch I’m about to have a panera:

Total 390 calories
6 grams fat
4 grams fiber
50 grams carbs
34 grams protein

It’s a soup and half sandwich, so it might actually be less than what it calculates to, since I think their nutrition info is for the whole sandwich. It works out to 8 on the current program, so I’m afraid to see how many on the new! I think I earned 8 activity points from my morning run, so I guess I have a little wiggle room.

Also, does anyone know if points on items such as almonds changed by much? I was hoping it decreased, but I guess that’s wishful thinking!!

Thanks in advance to anyone who replies – I’m sneaking on my computer at work to type this, so when I check it will be from my phone which is a PITA to reply from, I might not get to reply, so please don’t think I’m ignoring it and not thankful!!

I had the low fat chicken noodle soup with a half sandwich. Sierra turkey but only with turkey and the mixed greens....no mayo, onions. And I changed the bread to their whole grain miche since it came with some fattening cheese bread.
