So annoyed w/ WW Center
So I was weighed on Saturday.
I was over at Panera last night in W. Babylon and decided to stop by WW and pick up some new products.
I was completely thrown for a surprise when I was confronted by the 4 women working there and their attitudes.
Did you know you aren't allowed to buy things if you aren't going to a meeting and getting weighed?
This was news to me!
Here I am a monthly member and they looked at me as if I was trying to commit a crime. I didn't want to get weighed it was only a few days since my last weigh in...plus on Saturday the shelves were empty in preparation of the new program so I couldn't buy anything.
What kind of crap is that? I pay my $30 a month and I can't buy stuff?
I had all my information with me to show I was a member and the 4 of them just stood there with attitudes and shaking their head no.
So I called WW to complain.
I am so annoyed.

That's not true, your allowed to go in at anytime to buy products, you don't have to weigh in to buy products. You must be a member to buy program materials-the books, but as long as you show your monthly pass then your fine.
If you weren't weighing in the only thing you don't get is your new DPT (daily points target) and the new getting started book, but you would get that on Saturday when you did your regular weigh in

That's not right! I know people who weighed in on Saturday and went to the centers on Sunday and bought new stuff.
My meeting Sunday AM (my usual W.I. day is Sunday) was PACKED and I am pretty sure I won't see half those people there this Sunday!
I'm glad you complained! That makes NO sense!

I've gone into centers to buy products without weighing in. That's definatly not right at all!

we go to the saturday meeting. dh was a fraid the kit will be sold out so we went there on sunday. they didn't give us a problem, they even gave us one getting started book. the materials they couldn't give us until we weigh in. so what happens if u run out of something before your meeting, they won't let you get it? if its not the same people when you get weighed in, i would complain about it

that is horrible!! What did they say when you called?? Which center was it?? I feel like the ladies where I go would never do that, they are all so nice.
