Anyone have this problem, re: Victoria Secret
So, I went to buy some bras last week and I recieved a secret giftcard worth at least $10 on my purchase starting December 1st. So, I am all happy and I go to the store today, and the card says invalid. I called the customer service number and she says it is also invalid, and that the store gave me a card from last year! She could tell by the pin number that it was old! I said well that is not right, and asked if she or I could call the store and get a new one and she said no, there is nothing she can do about it. I wrote an email to customer service too, but this just seems odd to me. Has this happened to anyone else? Weird right?

my brother works for them and they have been having trouble with fraud, a lot of it has to do with employees. basically they give you what you think is valid but its not. they keep the valid one and use it or sell it. most times they use it and then re-sell the merchandise. There are HUGE investigations into this right now.
