Vodka sauce--what can I make with it?
I bought a vodka sauce from a local cook/chef, but I'm not sure what to have it with. Pasta a chicken? Shrimp? What's good with vodka sauce?

I think penne with chunks of grilled chicken and parm cheese sounds delish!!!!!!!

I like to add chicken and some fresh spinach sometimes. But a big fat bowl of pasta with plain ole vodka sauce with a nice salad & bread on the side works for me! LOVE vodka sauce.

You could add chicken or shrimp, I have also had it with peas and prosciutto (sp?).

Chicken and veggies like spinach, mushrooms and tomatoes work realllly well with vodka sauce.
Great, now i'm hungry! Guess what I'm having for lunch!

I sometimes add peas, onions, procsciutto, grilled chicken, grilled sausage, etc.
