Christmas Cookies!
So since I'm completely impatient, and in an insane holiday mood this year, I started my Christmas cookie dough already 
So far I've made:
Cookies n cream chocolate cookies
Peanut butter blossoms
I'm also planning on making:
Peppermint sugar cookies
Rainbow cookies
Gingerbread cookies
And maybe a few others, but I can't decide what else to make.
What is everyone else planning to make this year?

My mom and I spend an entire weekend baking every year. This year it'll be the weekend of the 10th and 11th.
We're making:
Rainbow cookies
Pignoli cookies
Peanut butter blossom cookies
Oatmeal raisin cookies
Thumbprint cookies
Mint chocolate shortbread cookies
Snickerdoodles
Red Velvet cake balls
Fudge
Toffee
Raspberry oat bars
Lemon bars
And probably something sweet and salty - one year they were cookies dipped in chocolate and crushed potato chips.

chocolate chip
molasses cookies
chocolate peanut butter chip
oatmeal w/ chocolate chips & heath bar crunchies
maybe white chocolate macadamia nut

My plans for this year.....hope they work out because my mom and I usually spend a weekend baking but we are both really busy the next few weeks.
butter cookies (with the cookie press)
sugar cookies (with the cookie press)
pecan tasssies
snowballs
thumbprint
meringue with chocolate chips
chocolate covered oreos
lace cookies
peanut butter blossoms
chocolate chip (my hubbys favorite)
I feel like I am missing something

This year I'm doing:
Sugar Cookies (cookie press)
Snickerdoodles
Rainbow Cookies
Chocolate Chip Cookies (possibly substituting with Pumpkin Choc. Chip, recipe posted on another thread here)
Sweetheart Cookies
I'm still thinking about adding 1 or 2 more.

We already started, too! We started simple- butter cookies, peanut butter, and choc. chip! Next up is oatmeal raisin!

I plan to do:
chocolate crackle cookies
peppermint bark
cake balls
fudge balls
PLUS we bake for DH's employees (there's 20 of them) and make them Christmas bags of goodies. For them I'm doing sugar cookies, oatmeal choc chip, choc chip, pb cookies, fudge balls and choc dipped pretzels.
