Pilates Studios on the South Shore...?
Anyone know of any good ones (esp for beginners) in Bellmore, Merrick, Wantagh area? I'd even be willing to go to RVC or Massapequa...

Studio 5 yoga & Pilates is on Point Lookout.
I do not know how good it is, have been meaning to try pilates for a while so since I've never done it I wouldn't be able to rate it either, but hoping to try it soon.

I saw a new studio is opening on the corner of Sunrise and I believe Park Ave. (one of the main streets.....don't remember which!) in RVC.
