Still no follies, still more appointments
I went in today for my second post-Clomid check. Nothing measurable. Lots of little immeasurable ones, which the nurse seemed to think was a positive thing (???). She was so upbeat: "Only ONE of those has to grow and you're good!" Well, yeah, but how are we going to make that happen?
There was no doc to see me there today so I have to go back again on Wednesday for a third check and possible new prescription. Except they gave me another appointment for a time when no doc will be in the office. I guess they'll call me? So why not call me today and phone a prescription in to the drug store? It feels like such a hassle to keep going in and getting the same news. And keep paying $20 copays for (unnecessary) bloodwork. They tell me every time AFTER they draw my blood that blood isn't necessary when I don't have any follies... okay, so, um, here's a thought: draw it after my sono. Stop charging me for it. Thanks.

Uch, that sounds brutal.
I hope things start to get better soon.

Re: Still no follies, still more appointments
im sorry
but that is a typical clomid experience. chances are you'll either do a higher dose of clomid immediately or add injectables. at worst you'll do a round of provera and start fresh. that's what i had to do when clomid failed, after provera and AF we went right into femara/injectables which IMO injectables are MUCH more reliable than clomid or femara alone. good luck!!!

Thank you both!
And FlowerWife, thank you for telling me what to expect. It's more than the nurses told me today.
