really???????????????


ooookay so i did my iui yesteday at about 18 hrs post ttrigger...dr b could not do second one this morning due to scheduling conflict...so i was told..okay just in the morning and at night of today (wed)

well...dh and i last night... ( he was in the mood! lol)


but this morning he literally could not "perform" whaaaaaaaaaat????

dr b said the iui yesterday and this mornings were the most important!!

i feel like the two men in my life are killin' me!

i know i have a shot...but i feel like my chances are verrrrrrrrrrrrrry diminished now..

i was even nice to dh..cause what would yelling do...but i want to cry after all the stimming and shots and appointments ya know?

so i was at least hoping for tonight since dh couldnt this morning..

can you freaking believe he couldnt AGAIN TONIGHT?????????????????????

i feel like completely giving up and crying and yelling. we have never had this "issue" in the past year with ttc/IF wt f grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

okay totally jumped dh again and we whewwwwww feel little better.... poor guy was feeling so bad....

That would put me over the edge. Totally unacceptable after all the $$ and meds. I am so sorry you are going thru this. Trust me when i tell you, i understand your frsutration.

ugh. if it makes you feel better, my DH also had issues performing for the last 2 cycles just when needed.

I am sorry about this crap with dr. B. I am very agressive today, so i do not want to post something too harsh, but why in hell he had a scheduling conflict? isn't there a nurse who can perform IUI? doesn't he have a back up??

anyhow, i think you are covered in terms of BD. Really. Good luck!

Sorry teh 2nd IUI was cancelled, especially if it was beause of scheduling conflict. They should always have a back-up, and then another back-up for good measure.

Our we had to cancel the 2nd IUI because DH couldn't perform. It is so frustrating. Their only responsibility is to ejac and sometime they can't even do that.

I agree with pp, I think you have your bases covered. See if DH can manage some 'energy' for tonight. Good luck!!

dr b had to take his son to the city..so he said i could come to the city or back to the office in the afternoon.

i had already scheduled both iui's the week before and got the mornings off from work. i could NOT miss work this afternoon( i do hair and its the day before a holiday)

i was ok with the scheduling thing to a point....UNTIL dh couldnt do his thing this morning now i just feel sick to my stomach.

and no there is no one else in woodbury who coudl do the iui...and i could not travel to the city and be back to work in time.

if it wasnt a holiday i would say whatever to work ...but i just couldnt today... ................

It is difficult for alot of men to perform under pressure. Just try to remember he probably feels awful about it. And your doctor's office should have a back-up! That is unacceptable to me.

I've been in both situations also: having my DH not being able to perform and also have my IUI substituted by because Dr B's office was closed I totally understand your frustration. All that time and money down the drain. Well, maybe not totally down the drain since you had at least one of the two IUIs done. But it is ridiculous that Dr B has no back up for the IUIs. It just makes absolutely no sense. I'm so sorry you are going through this...

i spoke to dr b... he said he is training one of his nurses for emergency situations...and also in the future i can use or dh that is,,,can use viagra if he if he feeling the "pressure"

i do feel better after speaking to him cause i was about to write this cycle off between the only one iui and dh not but luckily we got one after a few failed attempts today

good heavens..let this month be it...i am losing hair!!!!!
