recommend a gym
im in central nassau.
i dont do classes or anything like that. i weight train only, so being in a male'dominated/bodybuilding gym doesnt intimidate me. i just need a change of scenery from my gym now.

my mom goes to the one in merrick on merrick ave. I think its called synergy. I've never been, but she really likes it.

i go to xsport in Roosevelt field. It's huge with tons of machines..i love it there !

I go to synergy in Levittown and love it there! They have an entire downstairs with weights.
