What are you making in place of the Turkey?

As a main dish, I'm up in the air between a veggie pot pie and veg lasagna. Leaning heavily toward the pot pie though...it goes better with other thanksgiving sides imo.

Since there are a few of us during the holiday, we have lasagna or stuffed shells or something to that effect.

slices of tempeh grilled or broiled with some sort of sauce (my fav. is green curry) - it goes great with the sides & is so easy to prepare!

I'm not having anything to replace the turkey. I'm pretty happy with vegetarian stuffing, mashed pot, sweet pot, mushrooms, stringbeans, salad,corn bread and whatever else we end up having! I figure without the turkey I save a little room for lots of dessert.
