Love handles
Other than oblique crunches on the floor, how else can I work on them? (they aren't that bad, just need to loose 1/2 - 1 inch on each side)

Re: Love handles
I think if you have weights in each hand (like 3 or 5lbs) and bend sideways with your hands at your side.
I also think the plank position is a big core toner.

Re: Love handles
There is a video On Demand that I use that incorporates "sumo squats" (I think that is what they are called) that definitely helped with my love handles. It's hard to explain but I'll try: you do a wide squat, toes pointed out a bit, knees bent, put your hands behind your head as if you were doing a sit up, elbows pointed out. Then you bend one side so that your elbow touches your knee and then do the other side. You have to touch your elbow to your knee, and if you're doing it right you'll feel your obliques working. HTH!!

Re: Love handles
Have you tried Oblique V sit ups?
Lay on ur side, hand behind head, opposite arm flat on floor. Lift upper body and legs at the straight time? It's part of AB ripper x in the P90 work out and they work.
