Late notice but wanted to let the yoga lovers know that Western Suffolk BOCES located in Dix Hills is offering a 6 wk, 12hr yoga series class on Wednesdays from 7:30-9:30. Class started November 10th (i am joining a week late) and ends on December 22nd. Price for the class is $59 (AWESOME deal).

If anyone wants to join, they are still accepting new attendees.

I have never attended a class at BOCES but will post my experience and thoughts in case anyone is interested in taking the class in the future.
