Out of breath all the time
I'm 30.5 wks pg now and I feel like an asthmatic sometimes. The slightest movement and I'm out of breath. Will this get better or worse as I get bigger and when?

Re: Out of breath all the time
I think it is because the baby is pushing on your diaphragm. That happened to me too. I think it got better though.

Re: Out of breath all the time
I used to get out of breath getting off my couch to go into the kitchen, forget the stairs. I was told it was because the baby was pushing everything upwards and putting pressure on my diaphram.
It got sooo much better when the baby started dropping at around 34 weeks. That's actually how I knew i dropped, I could breathe!
