determining day one of cycle
I always have this problem. Spotted all day and only a small amount of red blood tonight. I know tomorrow will be full flow. Is today day one or tomorrow? My RE counts full flow before midnight as day one...

First day of full flow is CD1. That's how REs generally consider it to be. That is why sonos and stims start from CD2, that way you give yourself at least one full day of bleeding to shed your uterine lining. That's how it has been explained to me.
