Sorta spinoff to my egg sandwich post
When you make eggs (scrambled, over easy, fried, etc), do you use butter?
I do not. I do NOT like the taste or smell of eggs and butter mixed together.

i use butter for scrambled eggs. canola oil for anything other than scrambled

If I'm trying to be healthy I use Pam. If I'm going for pure flavor it's butter all the way.

The rare times I make eggs they are scrambled and I always use spray. Never butter or oil.

I usually dont like eggs but my MIL drowns them in butter and cooks them well done and I LOVE them.
