Egg sandwiches poll
We are having a debate in my office 
ETA: I feel the roll is too flimsy...If I'm gonna go all out and have an egg sandwich, a bagel is they way to go.

Somewhere along the lines I got completely skeeved out by yolks...DH loves eggs over easy or sunny side up and I can't watch!!!

Same here! LOL I get soooooo skeeved by the dripping!  Scrambled eggs ONLY for me.

Scrambled on a buttered roll with bacon and cheese.
These are a very once in a while indulgance, and I'll have to wait a very long time for the next one since the diner I get them at burned down.
It makes for a good hangover or going out drinking tonight breakfast too.

Any other bagel place - roll or hero.

oh, a toasted roll yum!
i like it because the bread does a better job of sucking up the over medium yokes, and with the crunch of bacon and the toasted bread and the poppy seeds...
now i want one.

i like it on a roll or bagel but only on hangover days or on the mornings after a super huge workout
otherwise, i prefer it on toast - dry. i like eggs, bacon and cheese way more than i like bread anyway.
