Does anyone know if insurance has to informed if you're pregnant?

I have GHI and I have not had to inform them of the pregnancy.

i work for GHI/HIP! and no you dont have to inform them of your pregnancy...only when you're ready to add to your policy. Sometimes the hospital sends over the info
