Went to an awesome kickboxing class last night
It was at Noboru Jiu Jitsu on Portion Rd in Farmingville. They have it twice a week, its pay as you go, $8 per class. The instructor is a friend of a friend and she was awesome. It was really high energy, definitely a kick@ss workout.
Just wanted to put it out there in case anyone was looking for a kickboxing class.

i was going to one at the body shop in miller place, it was also a pay as you go $10 a class... i loved it. isn't it so fun... def kicks your butt but such a great feeling afterwards. unfortunately i hurt my back pretty badly and haven't been able to/can't go for a while. but the class in miller place is great too for anyone interested.
