freezing cookies & brownies

have you done this? i'm nervous that they won't be as soft and tasty once they defrost.

I have never done this but my MIL freezes cookies and she says they are still tasty!

I freeze brownies all the time and they're still soft once defrosted.

I do the same! 1 box of brownies is just too much for 2 people.

I also make my brownies in a cupcake pan, so that I get 12 identical size brownies. Just spray some pam in the pan beforehand and they slip right out when done.Chat Icon

I have frozen cookies many times. Not brownies, so I don't know about them. The cookies always taste fine though!!
