how do you layer your lasagna
do you put ricotta, sauce & meat (if you use) on the same layer, or do you just do cheese & meat on one layer, sauce or another? there are so many ways and i thinking about switching it up!

I put the sauce, meat and ricotta all on one layer.

i guess i put them all together- for instance i will put a layer of noodles on top of sauce i put on the bottom of the pan... then put sauce, ricotta, and mozzarella on top of the noodles, then put a new layer of noodles on top of that, repeat...

I like to alternate layers with only ricotta and layers with ricotta and sauce...the more ricotta the better!
