anyone....?
who has someone in their home that has diverticulosis or that you are?
DH does and I never realized how many recipes call for nuts or have ingredients with seeds.... we both love almost all food but I feel like I am always modifying things... like we can never used crushed tomatoes and i miss them!
I don't think anyone on the food network has this condition, 
the pesto thread made me think of this since we don't used nuts in it!

My FIL was in the hospital last week for like 3 nights because of this. So he has been having to watch everything he eats. There are so many things! And Im just now learning how very common this condition is.
