GOOD tasting turkey sausage?
I had bought some Jenny O turkey sausage links a while back and didn't like them...Are there any other really good brands? Thinking of adding to my morning egg white sandwich...Also, I tried the Morningstar Farms sausage and again wasn't impressed

I don't know if Shady Brook Farms makes breakfast size, but I like their regular turkey sausage better than Jenny-O.

for breakfast? did you do the morningstar sausage patty or links? the links gross me out but the breakfast patties are YUM, especially the maple flavored ones!
if you mean dinner, Iavarone and Uncle Giuseppe's make amazing chicken sausage - I only like the skinny kind though.

I can't remember the name but the ones we buy at BJ's are delicious - they are not jeeny o or shady brook farms I think some typle of no name brand...

i don't personally love turkey sausage. i prefer chicken sausage because it has less of a noticeable poultry taste to it IMO.
i know you were looking for breakfast sausage, but my fave is nature's promise (stop & shop) chicken & spiced apple sausage   which i think would be lovely with egg whites and light enough that you could pull it off for breakfast. they have lots of other flavors too (spinach/feta, reg italian, honey mustard, etc.)
