as far as i know...
any brand as long as it's "old fashioned" oats. then, it's up to you to control what you put in it: sugar, butter, milk, etc

quaker has all different types- low sugar, high fiber, etc.
I usually just get the regular one and put fruit in it!

old wessex is really good, and so is McCann's Irish Oatmeal. they have the most fiber.

me too - I put 1/2 banana and some
stevia in mine (1 serving) or no sugar
maple syrup.

I use the original quaker instant packets. I add half a teaspoon of honey, 1 spenda and 1 tsp. of cinnamon.

Trader Joe's Instant Oatmeal has lower points than Quaker and it cheaper too!
