WW - When do you get weighed?
I usually like to go to meetings in the morning so I am at my "lightest".
However, now with working it has been really hard to get there in the AM.
I feel like if I go after work or after dinner the scale is going to be thrown off with all the water and stuff I drink.
When do you go?

I am going to switched to Tuesdays at 5:30PM since i can just make that time. Otherwise I can't make the 5:15 and I can't do the 6:45 because i can't not eat and i find if i eat then go to a meeting i weight a pound more if not more depending on the meal.

As long as you go at the same time every week it doesn't really matter when. You'll be able to see the trends in your weight loss.

Thursdays at 12pm at work, my company sponsors it but i do drink water all morning and still have breakfast and coffee

I was going Tuesday nights with DS after work, but it's just too hard now with trying to get DS out of the house etc.
So I'm going to go back to Wednesdays at lunch near my job. I went last week and was able to enjoy the meeting so I think I'll stick to that.
