Pudding Club...just a bit of fun
So I have joined a pudding club.
Whats a pudding club you ask? Well its a strange sort of mix of dinner party with only desserts. Color me stuffed.
I got involved through a girl I work with, we both like to bake. She invited me and 5 other girls (whom I had never met) and we each brought a pudding (dessert)
And we tried each one, and talked about the recipes, and giggled, and laughed and just had a great time.
The menu was:
I made Smores Cupcakes
Bakewell Tart (a sort of Almond & Raspberry filled pastry)
Black Bottom Cupcakes (cream cheesy cupcakes)
Strawberry & Almond Cheesecake
Courgette (zuchinni) Lime Cake
and
Jack Daniels Cake...
I will post some photos when I get them downloaded. It was great fun, and a great way to meet some new people!

Sounds fun!! We should start one of these for LIF although I am so not a baker.........I would just come to sample everything!!

It was really really fun, however after eating 4 pieces of cake, it was hard to choke the last two puddings down!!
And, I forgot to mention, the girl who hosted gave us each goody bags with personalised recipe cards, cupcake notebooks and pins...
I am hosting next time, and I plan on making felt cupcakes. wish me luck!
