DSW- so annoyed

I ordered shoes last Wednesday night for tomorrow night- and paid for expedited shipping- and now it's over week later, no shoes. They're "in process" so I guess I have to go out tomorrow to buy shoes.

Definitely call them and tell them that is not acceptable. You ordered them a week ago with expedited shipping and they didn't even ship yet?
Cancel the order and tell them how dissatisfied you are.

I would make a stink about it and get your shipping money back. This is why I never order things with fast shipping online, it always seems to take a good 48 hrs before they even process the order no matter where I order from.

Except Sephora - they are always fast...

Just so you know: those shoes you ordered you will never see! Same thing happened to me this year: it just said in progress in the status for like 2 weeks and then, when I finally decided to call and ask what's going on, they said that it's a glitch in the system, my order never went through and in fact, they are out of those shoes in my size. Nice, eh?

Definitely call them and raise h-ll, maybe even get a discount because of what happened.

I ordered some boots from them recently and never received shipping confirmation after a week and a half. I finally e-mailed them and asked if this was normal. Two days later the shoes showed up at my door. Even better, the shipping confirmation arrived in my e-mail 3 days later
