wine to cook with...
What is a good dry white wine to use to cook with? I am making tomato and sausage rissotto tonight. Should I use savignon blanc? I have chardonnay already, but I believe that reduces differently...

i usually use pinot grigio or chardonnay!
they say cook with something you would drink!

I always cook with a dry white. Pinot Grigio, Sauv Blanc or Fume blanc.
I don't use Chardonnay because I don't like the oakeyness..
