WW Question about Points with Fiber
I am a little confused here.
I use e-tools and if I put in the calories, fat and fiber for something high fiber the point value comes out as one thing,
however
if I search for that food through etools the point value is different.
Example: Fiber 1 yogurt...If I "calculate" points it is zero - but WW has it listed as 1.
Anyone know why?
Anyone else experience that?

Re: WW Question about Points with Fiber
probably because they dont want you to eat 10 of them and think its 0 points.
Same thing with carrots. Really the are 0 points, but 10 servings arent still 0 points

Re: WW Question about Points with Fiber
ooh ok. I guess that makes sense. So should I count it as 1 or zero with my tracking? I'm not going to eat 10 of them lol.

Re: WW Question about Points with Fiber
depends how strict you want to be. If I knew I was only going to eat 1 I probably wouldnt count it, but someone else stricter might say to count it
