Hi everyone!
The LIFamilies Huge Family BBQ is a month away and we want you and your family there! It is going to be Sunday, July 23rd at Eisenhower Park in Nassau County starting at 10am. We are going to have fun activities such as a water balloon toss, three-legged races, potato sack races as well as a softball game. The price will be $15 per person for ages 13 and up, $10 per person for ages 5-12 and children 4 and under are free. And what would a LIF event be without prizes? Of course we are going to have prizes. But you have to keep your eye out because we will be posting more info about prizes as the event draws near.
The price per person includes:
Hamburgers
Hotdogs
Cheeseburgers
Chicken
Veggie Burgers (can't forget the vegetarians)
Corn
Watermelon
Salads
Soda
Water
Please feel free to bring your own alcohol if you want to kick the BBQ up to the next level
Also Freddy from Xtreme sounds will be the DJ for our BBQ!

I WANT to go, but I don't know if it's safe to take my little one out with all those other children. I guess I could get my mom to watch her, just so I can get out and do something social. I think Corinne had mentioned possibly going, too.

i dont know if i want to go because i would have to drive a half hour to pay $30 for a BBQ i know its to see you ladies but my DH will give me a hard time with this. My daughter is 5 months old so she cant do much and rather wait for a free gtg not to sound cheap

I was thinking the same thing becuase Ava is so small. JT is working that day, too, so it would just be me, so 15 bucks isn't bad, but still....
