WW question
can you join WW if you only *want* to loose 5-7lbs? i am at a perfectly healthy weight, but would like to loose 5-7lbs and tone up.
reason i'm asking, is i really want DH to join, but i know he won't do it alone. i can't even get him on our treadmill without me sitting in the room with him! so i figure, if we both join, then i can keep him on track. is that even possible?
