diet help
I need help getting motivated to lose weight. I exercise almost every day. I do Jillian Michales DVDs. I am not sure if they really work??? But I assume they do. NOw I just need a diet plan to follow - any ideas? Thanks - Shari

If you're financially able to, I would suggest joining WW- they give you a very easy approach to losing weight.

I totally agree with this. Even if you just do it for a few months to learn the program it is totally worth the money and it teaches you a healthy eating lifestyle without having to make all the sacrifices that so many other diets have you make.
