How long to bake veal cutlets?

I'm literally going to be making them within the next 40 mins so quick help would be ideal! TIA!!

I'm no help and this is late for you, but I would never bake veal cutlets. I would only bread and fry them. they are very thin and if you cook them too long, they well get very tough.

Dip them in egg then bread crumbs and fry in some EVOO. They dont take very long...brown on both sides and they are done.

thats what i made dh for dinner tonight, but i breaded & fryed them-he said they were delish

i dip mine in flour first (i add oregano & pepper to the flour), then dip in egg, then dip in breadcrumbs, then i fry them in a small amount of olive oil (make sure you the oil is HOT).

Thank you ladies I did see the post too late and ended up baking them. They were ok, alittle dry

I will definitely be using your ideas the next time! I am so new to this and just kind of make things up as I go along I really need to just rely on the pros more.
