Anyone ever gain weight at a weigh in with their PD
This past weigh in i had gained a pound and i was so upset.
1st week i lost 6.4 pounds
2nd week i lost 2.6 pounds
3rd week gained a pound.
did i do something wrong? maybe i got to comfy with the points and didnt calculate properly?
I had gotten my pd the day before weigh in and was feeling so bloated.
ughhh

More than likely AF is the culprit. When I used to weigh in every week no matter how well I did the week before, if it was that time of the month- I'd gain. Don't drive yourself crazy, AF is more than likekly the reason. You'll see your hard work accurately on the scale next week.

Without fail, I am down three weeks, up one every month.
It is most likely water weight. Stick with the program and you will have success!

the same thing with me. i go up a pound or two when i get my period. My MIL is a Pt and as she put think off all that extra blood. she has a good point!

Absolutely, the week before AF I am usually up. The next week, if I stay focused, I am down that and then some.
