Baby Shower Tomorrow and I'm cooking!
Approximately 17 people are coming for the baby shower. Here's the menu:
Caesar Salad (6 Romaine Hearts, 2 lb bag of Croutons, 2 bottles of Caesar Dressing)
Sausage and Peppers (5.5 lbs of sausage, 5 green peppers, 4-5 onions)
Baked Ziti (3 lbs of ziti, sauce, mozz cheese)
Rice and Beans (have a full recipe for that!)
Fondue for Dessert (Milk Chocolate, Bananas, Graham Crackers, Marshmallows)
Chips and Dip platter
Veggie and Dip Platter
Does this sound like enough???
Also, I'm sure I'll have more questions as I continue cooking, but here's the first one...
1. I already made the ziti (minus the cheese since the block is still defrosting ) It's in a large tray. Is it safe to cover it and store it in my oven overnight??? I am going to heat it up with the cheese and everything tomorrow.

Honestly, I would never leave any food out overnight. If you lack the space in your refrigerator because you are preparing a lot, what I do in that situation is put things in large ziplock bags and stack in the frig and assemble it the next day. BTW, your menu sounds yummy .
