monitoring for FET
I am starting my first FET cycle and I was just wondering how different it is from a fresh cycle. Do you have to go less often since they are not looking for follies?
Dr. B. told me that he wants to be very aggressive and get my lining nice & thick, so he is putting me on estrogen and viagra.

I just wanted to say good luck!  I have issues with my lining too and Dr.B has put me on estrogen and suggested viagra too. When I heard that, I didn't think I heard him correctly!

I had issues with my lining too. My RE had me on the estrogen 6 tablets per day vaginally since I was taking them orally my first (and canceled FET cycle) and my lining did not thicken.
It was less monitoring, but as I got closer to ET I was going every day (but it definately wasn't like a fresh cycle).

It is ridiculoulsy easy compared to a fresh.....I think I did a total of 3 appts. before ET ...I was on estrace every other day and then PIO only

i went on CD10, 11, 12 and 13 just to monitor for ovulation. once it was confirmed, they set my ET date and that was it. super easy! good luck!

I just did a FET and it was a lot easier than fresh. I had only 3 appointments and then transfer. I also used Viagra to help my lining. Good luck to you!!
