Hi,
I am having my sons 2nd birthday party this weekend. I have about 25 adults and 13 kids, Kids I got ff an ck nuggets for.. I am having a full tray of Penne All Vodka, 1 full and 1 1/2 tray of Sausage and pepper, 5 lbs of swedish meatballs in the crock pot and a 6 ft hero. I was thinkgin of getting less hero or just making 1 tray of S&P? What do you ladies think, but appetizers before hand, pretzels, chips, spinach/artichoke dip, veggie platter??? TIA, if anyone can let me know what they think asap, I have to go shopping!

I think it sounds perfect! Maybe just cut back on the Swedish meatballs, 5lbs sounds like a lot. The apps sound great too.
Here is an easy dip that everyone loves:
White Pizza Dip
1 container ricotta cheese
1 container sour cream
1 pkg. Knorr Garlic Herb sauce mix
Mozz cheese
Mix all but mozz in a baking dish; top w/mozz and bake at 425 until gold and bubbly and serve w/garlic toasted baguette slices. Tastes like white pizza!

Oh that sounds yummy.. THank so much.. I am writing that one down, maybe I will do that too as another app.. Thanks for the advice. I figured if I make the whole 5lb bag of meatballs, I can always have leftovers..  Last year, I made them (they are AMAZING by the way), the whole thing went!!
If they went fast then make them!!
