gift for 12 yo girl
I want to get my niece something special this year. My nephew is currently having a lot of trouble in life and my older niece has finally just outgrown YEARS of trouble. My younger niece has watched it all and is still (right now) a really good kid.
I just want her to know that she is special. It's her bday. I usually spend ~$50, but I don't mind spending more for this reason.
any ideas?

I was going to suggest this...maybe a "spa" day...mani's..pedi"s...lunch at her place of choice?

 She's out of state. DH and I were thinking about having her come to NY for a week with us, but I'm not sure her mom could take that right now.
I looked at Pandora - I will have to see if that is something she would like. I liked them when I saw it!!

if your not looking to spend quite so much on the pandora....Brighton bracelets are also popular charm type ones and are less $. I have 1 of each and I really do like both.
