turkey cutlets
I am defrosting them for dinner tomorrow. What should I make???

I usually egg & bread them...fry them up like chicken cutlets..they taste sooo yuumy.

I remember doing something like this...Make stuffing and set aside. Spray a pan with pam and lay them down on there and season them however you like. Put a big scoop of stuffing on each one (you can roll them if you want). Cover with gravy or cream of chicken soup and bake until turkey is cooked through.

SEason Flour with Salt, Pepper, Parika Dredge Turkey Cutlets Sautee them in 2 pats of butter and 1 tbs olive oil. Remove from pan. Add pat of butter and sautee baby bella mushrooms and shallots Add 2 tbs cream sherry Add 1 can cream of mushroom soup and some milk. Wisk the sauce. Add some parsley. Reseason w/ salt & pepper Add turkey back into the pan to coat.
If you don't wany to use Cream of Mushroom soup - you can make your own gravy by sauteeing some flour & butter in a pan for 2 minutes, then adding milk and chicken stock until desired consistency.
