Same boat here. Jacob is a horrible napper. If I'm lucky on a good day i will get an hour in the morn and an hour in the afternoon, but mostly its just 30 min. He wont nap in his crib so he's still swinging away. Even in the swing sometimes i only get 30 min. But the one thing i must say in his defense is he is a happy baby during the day for the most part. But if she's cranky i do feel for you, cause there are days when he is just impossible! And makes this NOISE like a car that wont start and it goes right thru me after a while!! I have no answers.. just 
I could have wrote this myself!
So sorry you are going thru this, I know how hard it is...
