Dream Dinners Rave!

so i was a lucky winner of the dream dinners contest and prepared a meal this past wednesday.
I cooked up that meal last night. It was delicious! i made the toasted pecan chicken. it was so light and crunchy and stayed super moist!
best part...NO CLEANING! i only used a baking sheet. all teh prep work was done from bag to bag and then i cooked them on the baking sheet and that was it!
i signed up to go next week to prepare 12 dinners for the month. i cant wait to try out their other recipes!

I was going to post the same thing today!

I cooked my Chicago Chicken with potatoes last night and it was SO yummy and easy. Even my 3 year old was asking for more chicken and peas.
