Re: PASSPORT HELP NEEDED ASAP
I would change the name on your ticket ASAP. This is the easiest solution to the problem. It may cost a bit but at least you won't get hung up in customs. Can you contact your airline?

ITA. I have the same issue with my passport, and was advised that if I was to book a trip, my tickets would have to be in my maiden name.

Re: PASSPORT HELP NEEDED ASAP
At this late hour of the day, your best hope is to get your name changed on your ticket to match your passport.

Re: PASSPORT HELP NEEDED ASAP
Like others said, you are better off changing the ticket to the name that is on your passport.
If you can't, you can bring the copy of your marriage license, but be advised that legally they can deny you boarding onto the plane.
You might get lucky and have an agent who is not so strict, BUT remember that going there and coming back are two different things. You could encounter difficult re-entering the country, depending on the person in Passport Control when you are coming back. Some people get thru without issue while others don't. Sometimes it's just luck of the draw.
Good luck!

Re: PASSPORT HELP NEEDED ASAP
I posted this same question a few weeks ago. I called the airline & they told me that my passport had to match my airline ticket so I went to the passport agency & got it changed in one day.
Anyway, at the airport, I overheard someone had the same problem & she showed them every ID she had & they didn't give her a problem. Good luck.

This happened to me when I went to Aruba. If you can't change it in time bring every ID. Going to Aruba their a little more easy on you. You may have to pay a fee. I had to. Coming home was no problem. Learned my lesson and changed my passport when we got home. Good luck and don't worry... they won't stop you from going
