cupcake question?

Im making cupcakes for childs bday and on the side of the boys says may contain wheat and soy. there are children in the class with wheat and soy allgrgies, so my question is do they make any cupcake mixes that are wheat and soy free.. thanks in advance

i would think anything that says "gluten free" would be ok... i don't know of any brands though, sorry!

I *think* Trader Joe's carries what you need.

Also, I've noticed more gluten-free products in the natural aisle at Stop & Shop. They might have something there.

Whole Foods would also be a good place to look.

Wish I had something more specific for you, but of the three above-mentioned stores, I think Whole Foods would be your best bet for it! Good luck!

The other alternative if you can't find a mix that is wheat or soy free is to make them from scratch.

It's really not that difficult to make them from scratch yourself! And this way you know all the ingredients that will be going into them.

this is how i make all my baked goods so i know exactly whats going into everything i bake.....it really is not that difficult at all
