Kind of silly Q...How much can a cysts weigh?
I remember that after my first Laparoscopy I lost about 10lbs within the month after the surgery. I never asked my previous doctor what, if anything, the cyst weighed. Hopefully the doc will tell me it weighed like 10 lbs. 
Just a thought

A cyst is filled with water or blood right? So I guess it depends how big the cyst was. I just had an ovarian cyst that was 6 cm, or the size of a lime. And I figure that a hollow lime filled with water would weigh... a quarter of a pound? -ish? I'm so bad at this.  So if your cyst was 40 times bigger than a lime, yeah, that would be 10 pounds.
