you will prob O today. O usually happens about 36 hours post trigger. but i have found that temping is almost useless during a medicated cycle, esp. if you do a trigger shot. i found that my temp rise was much lower on meds then off meds. i dont know why but sometimes it took a few extra days before my temps really rose. plus if you are on progesterone post-O it could artificially raise your BBT anyway.
