breakfast
Help me find things to eat for breakfast! DH gets mad that i just have coffee in the morning and says thats why all my good eating and exercise is not helping me lose weight... I don't like breakfast food tho! any suggestions... based on the following:
like and will sometimes eat: special k cereal cream of wheat english muffins - sometimes
hate (will cave occasionally): eggs eggwhites yogurt pancakes waffles oatmeal bananas bagels are too many calories
what else is there???

grilled cheese - add turkey or tomatoe , bacon
turkey and spinach wrap
rice pudding
PB&J
Cream cheese and jelly
date nut bread w/ cream cheese
pretzels w/ peanut butter
apples w/ peanut butter
paini w/ cheese & thin sliced pears
canned fruit (in natural juices) with granola or wheat germ.

wow great list! lots of low carb options too! i definitely could cut back on my carbs! thanks!!

i leave a big container of almonds at work and snack on them. i'm never hungry in the morning, so a handful satisfies me, is healthful, and makes sense in terms of calories.

If bagels are too many calories..why not try light bagels or bagel flats?

I eat everything on your hate list lol
I also have oatmeal a few times a week and this morning I had pumpkin bread (bc I just baked it)
What about crepes, I make them all the time and they are thinner then reg pancakes..less calories maybe

I hate eggs, too!
How about cereal bars or special K bars?
I like Kashi fruit and nut bars for breakfast.

Yes, I love the blueberry muffins - I make them from the mix, I have seen them in some stores pre-made but I have never bought them.
The mix make 12 so I freeze some.
