If you could freeze time

At what age would you freeze your child??

Every month- I think to myself "Id freeze it now" then a new month comes and I think..... no- "Id freeze it now".....

So obviously Im gonna say now 9 months... but truthfully- Anything after 6 months would do fine..... things got sooooo much easier once he could sit up on his own, and play by himself.....

I LOVE baby babies- but Ryan is so much more fun now that he has a personalityChat Icon

Re: If you could freeze time

Oh GOSH there are so many great ages, I could never decide !

Yesterday morning, I was waking up my hubby, we had my son's nursery school graduation Chat Icon , so I was whispering something to him, our 2yr old was in bed with him, so I figured he could sleep a little more, while daddy starts getting ready...
well the rascal was awake, and whispers right along with me, but he whispers "DADDY.... ! I LOVE YOU !" My husband woke out of his grogginess is milliseconds and smooched him to pieces Chat Icon Chat Icon

My 3 yr old very often says to me "Mommy that looks beautiful, youre so beautiful mommy" Chat Icon sooo cute coming from a little monkey Chat Icon
or just the look in their eyes when they are having fun, its the most fulfilling feeling ever ever ever.

or when they hug mine and hubbies legs one after the other back and forth, or at the same time if we're standing near eachother....

Can we freeze every moment Chat Icon Chat Icon
you got me on a mushy tangent, sorry Chat Icon Chat Icon

great post idea Chat Icon

I love the age Julia is now, she will be one in 2 weeks and she is just so much fun! Shes crawling all over the place, and is trying to walk now. We just enjoy her so much, has such a little personality already! I could just eat her up!Chat Icon

I agree... Although sometimes, I wish he was at the stage where he'd stay where I put him bc he's into EVERYTHING!

Well, I definitely don't want to freeze it now! Katherine is 9 mos. and she is getting into soooo much trouble--pulling herself up on everything, going for every dangerous object in the house, etc. I know injuries are going to be inevitable and I'm so nervous.

I'm going to say I'll probably want to freeze time when she's about 5 years old...such a cute age!

Re: If you could freeze time

Probablly between 3-4 years she was just so pleasant. Now that she is 5 (almost 6) she has develped a snotty attitude sometimes

Re: If you could freeze time

I used to do this every month also!! Now that my little man is 3 1/2, my husband thinks 3 has been by far his favorite age.

I would freeze him at 3 months. - Its when he was still tiny and helpless but started sleeping through the night Chat Icon
Seriously it is my all time favorite age - I think I am just an "infant" person.

I could never decide because I've loved every age.

DH would say 2 years old. He loves when they learn to talk.

Re: If you could freeze time

I think every age has its goods and bads. My son is going through his terrible 2's now. I HATE the terrible part but LOVE the terrific.
Boys and girls are soooo different that I am not used to the destuction of things, the hitting, punching, etc. I want that phase to go away and keep the sweet little boy underneath it all!!

I would freeze this sort of 5-6 month period...but with less crying and more laughing (on my part, and on his) and more nudity!!!

Well DS is still young only 10 weeks but I loved the day he was born and just holding him and watching him and wondering what the future would bring.
