Not sure of the cycle day, but I had mine about a week before my ET.
And a few days before I had an IUI.

i did mine on thursday which will be 7 days before my ER.
on my TI cycles i always did it right around ovulation,usually a day or two before.

I usually do mine the week of O, it just needs to kick in before your pregnant...they last for 4-6 weeks and dr b will retest you..are you covered for testing and the INtralipids?
